Bluegrass Extravaganza and Local Celebrity Fun!
Music for the evening will be provided by
Canadian harmonica virtuoso Mike Stevens and
Kentucky bluegrass banjo/fiddle player extraordinaire Raymond McLain, both audience favorites
of past Tuba Bach seasons. And don't miss a
special performance by a celebrity harmonica
ensemble, featuring Judge Scott Hill-Kennedy,
Big Rapids Pioneer Editor Dave Clark, County Commissioner and local business owner Eric O'Neil, Dr. John Garlick, D.D.S., City Manager Steve Sobers, and more!
Fantastic Food
Scrumptious hors d'oeuvres, including fresh fruits and assorted meats and cheeses, together with a variety of delectable desserts, such as tantalizing cheesecakes, baked goods and a chocolate fountain will all be on hand to satisfy any appetites.
Tuba Bach Merchandise
In response to popular demand, Tuba Bach merchandise, including CDs, calendars, mugs, clothing and more will be introduced and available for purchase.

15 new and original works of musical art and sculpture, created specifically for the 2011 Tuba Bash by artists including Margo Berke, Joyce Capen, Diane Cleland, Penny Cushway, Kate Eschelman, Ted Evans, Jeanette Fleury, Mary Morgan, Kendall Schroeder, Cheryl Stein, Carrie Weiss, and assorted Malletts, will be unveiled and auctioned to discerning art aficionados.
Fundraiser Auction
A wide selection of items, services and opportunities will be offered up in both live and silent auctions, including travel packages, fine dining experiences, musical instruments, home entertainment packages, CDs and DVDs, fine art, concert events, and much, much more – even an opportunity to appear in the nationally syndicated comic strip Frazz!
